Attendees can enjoy plenty of space with comfortable seating and access to our walk-in café.
Every detail including a short walk from the parking lot to the conference space, updated restrooms that are quiet and away from the conference space, and plenty of sitting space await your attendees. Nothing will distract your attendees from your important messages and conference topics.
We also offer complete flexibility in meal planning. There are tremendous options available to you in the greater Clearwater area. You can take advantage of anyone who caters or delivers and customize your conference experience for your attendees. This keeps you, the conference planner, in complete control of your food, beverage, and most importantly, your budget. We can also assist you with as little or as much support as you would like.
